Note: We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cryptocurrencies at this time.

2. Payment Processing & Authorization

When you place an order on our website, the following payment processing steps occur:

  • Authorization: Upon clicking “Complete Order,” your payment method will be authorized for the full total amount of your purchase (including shipping and applicable taxes). This is not an immediate charge but a hold to ensure sufficient funds are available.
  • Capture/Charge: Your payment method will be formally charged (captured) when your order is processed and prepared for shipment.
  • Failed Transactions: If your payment method is declined or fails authorization, your order will not be placed. You will receive an error message prompting you to try a different payment method or contact your financial institution.

3. Payment Security & Data Protection

Protecting your sensitive financial information is our top priority. We employ industry-leading security standards to ensure your data is safe:

  • PCI DSS Compliance: Our online store and payment gateways are fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

4. Taxes & Duties

Domestic Orders (USA): Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable state laws. If your shipping address is in a state where we are required to collect sales tax, it will be clearly displayed as a separate line item before you complete your purchase.

International Orders: Customers ordering from outside the United States are solely responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or Value Added Tax (VAT) levied by their destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

5. Fraud Prevention

To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent activity, we employ automated fraud detection systems. If an order is flagged as potentially fraudulent (e.g., due to a mismatch between the billing and shipping addresses, or unusual purchasing patterns), we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel and refund the order if we cannot verify its legitimacy.

We recommend ensuring that your billing address exactly matches the address on file with your credit card issuer to avoid unnecessary delays.

6. Refunds & Credits

All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different credit card or different payment method.

Please note that while we process refunds immediately upon approval, it may take 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s processing times.
